[One day when Fuuka least expects it, there is a knock on her door.]

Fuuka-san...can I come in?

Fuuka gets up from her spot at her desk where she was reading a book— a textbook, actually— and opens the door.]

Narukami-san. [She offers a friendly smile, stepping aside and swinging the door open wider in invitation.] Of course. Please, come in.

[izanyagi]

Thank you.

[The look he has on his face isn't the usual calm one. The tiny clouds that follow him should be enough proof of that.]

Maybe we should both be sitting before I explain this.

[He opens his hand and has a few petals from the tree of memories.]

[Ah... is he troubled? She looks at his hand, and those are petals from the Tree of Memories, aren't they? She then nods.]

Wherever you'd like.

[... which is either at her desk or on her bed, pretty much. Fuuka chooses to sit on the latter.]

Before I show you these I uh...my original plan was to show you something from our future together...but this....I don't know how it's even possible that wel...well, you'll understand once I show you.

[He doesn't wait for her reaction. He takes one of the petal and concentrates on it, so that the image is played before them.

In a field of green, they awaken. It's him and the boy. "I'll protect you" he tells the other, as he gets mocked for his almost neutral reaction. Then the uneasy air about them as the portrait is presented in all its glory.

"Without someone like Junpei or your friend Yosuke joking around, this is kind of awkward..."

It ends just as he's about to open the door and...Yu looks back at Fuuka.]

That other guy...it's him...isn't it?

[Fuuka looks curiously at Yu, then lets her gaze switch over to the memory's.

... what is this?

Her breath catches a little at the sight of Minato, eyes going wide, hand coming up to cover her mouth with the tips of her fingers. It's... startling to see him after death. Startling to hear his voice again. Slowly, she lets her hand fall to her lap and curl into an uneasy fist.

When the memory fades, she ends up dropping her gaze. That was...

She looks up at Yu, then back down into her lap.]

... that's my leader, yes. [And then she shakes her head.] What in the world was that?

[izanyagi]

I'm not sure. [He looks down as well, taking another of the petals.] Whatever happened, we all forgot about it.

[All?]

Everyone was there...along with these two people called Zen and Rei. I feel like I know them but there's something missing.

["If we don't retreat, for now and pull ourselves together, we'll be done for....

The vision continues as all of SEES (minus Fuuka) appears. Yu has no idea how tiny of a time it would be for all of them to be there, but he watches in silence as they charge and help the other team out. It ends just as they are about to fight the queen, and he looks at her.]

These memories can't be a trick...I never knew him. Somehow, we met each other before...despite our differences in time. Then we forgot about it...Perhaps only something as powerful as the Tree could bring those memories back.
